Downloaded the D912pxy .zip file from their github and I put the d912pxy folder into the GW2 directory (where GW2-64.exe is located). I then went into the folder (Guild Wars 2>d912pxy) and ran the installer ("install.exe"). Going through all the options, I selected to install "d912pxy.dll" (see picture).
