Even when I was supposedly flaccid, it was painfully obvious that I had some implant. The texture was much harder than I expected, and it did not feel natural at all.

The big thing was I was afraid to stretch myself. I thought the implant would dislodge, but Elist told me that (once cleared) daily masturbation/ sex will pull on the ligaments that hold the penis in. The implant aids by pulling on the ligaments too. It just turns out that I have very tight ligaments and that it would take longer than normal.
